The Client Journey is my most requested training module and I've delivered it thousands of times over decades in the industry, updating the finer details each year after further market research, as client preferences change.
This session signals to your team the direction you're heading in; how you want to be known and the standards you want to maintain. If followed carefully, it will allow you to transform your client experiences to boost your reputation and credibility, rising above your competition and allowing you to support more profitable service pricing.
It should become a core part of your internal training program for every staff member you employ and a core part of your induction process for each new staff member who joins your team.
The Client Journey video takes almost 100 minutes to complete and a worksheet has been included for each team member to download and print to write notes as they learn.
Enjoy!
The Client Journey model forms the basis of:
-Your entire guest experience
-Your staff service expectations
-Your performance management & staff coaching processes
More than anything else, this process impacts not only your client retention but also salon profitability, reputation and pricing.
I believe that it's the most important training session you'll ever do with your team.
Of course, ensuring that your staff implement each step consistently and effectively will require your focus and continual coaching as a leader to help them grow from wherever they are to where you need them to be.
(And if you need some support to learn how to lead your team for performance, check out Leaders Lab- our industry's favourite salon leadership program).
